We provide a comprehensive range of bath linens, including different types of towels, bath mats, and bathrobes. All products are manufactured in-house, ensuring consistent quality and customization options to meet your specific needs.
PAR stands for Periodic Automatic Replacement. It’s essentially your required inventory level to run smoothly. The industry recommendation is a PAR level of three to four complete sets per room. This covers the linen currently in the room, the sets currently in the laundry cycle, and your emergency stock.
Hotels usually prefer cotton, especially combed cotton or ring spun cotton, because it feels soft and absorbs water well. Blended fabrics with polyester can improve durability and reduce drying time, which is helpful for busy housekeeping operations.
Due to the intensity of commercial washing, standard bath towels usually last about six to twelve months in a high-occupancy hotel. That translates to roughly 70 to 120 wash cycles. Bathrobes usually have a slightly longer lifespan, often lasting up to 12 months before they need replacing to maintain quality.
There are three core factors. First, the GSM, which tells you the density. Second, the fiber content, such as using ring-spun, long-staple cotton for strength and softness. And third is the construction quality, especially the durability of the terry loops and the stitching, which is what helps the towel survive repeated industrial laundering.
Absolutely. We specialize in custom sizes for every hospitality need, whether for hand towels, oversized bath sheets and bath mats in your hotel bath linens order.
The number one mistake is using fabric softeners. They coat the cotton fibers and severely reduce the towel’s absorbency over time. You should also avoid excessive bleach and be careful not to over-dry the towels, as both can weaken the cotton and significantly shorten the lifespan of your valuable linen inventory.
